The Venetian offers complimentary on-site parking to guests on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note the Las Vegas Monorail does not stop at The Venetian. The best way to get to The Venetian is via the Venetian Express, which runs every 10 minutes from the front of the Las Vegas Convention Center. Please visit the Hotel/Transit section of this website for a complete shuttle schedule.
There is no staging area for private charters at The Venetian. Private charters may drop off at the front of The Venetian, at the north end of the porte cochere. This area is for drop and go only; vehicles may not wait here.All private charters wishing to drop off /pick up at the front of The Venetian must receive approval from the hotel. Please contact John Quach at 702-414-1347 or John.quach@venetian.com. Due to the limited amount of space at both facilities, it is best to have vehicles staged close to the facilities and to call the drivers when your party is ready to be picked up.
Special arrangements can be made if the official CES transportation vendor, Rhode Planning & Management Solution, Inc (RPMs), is notified ahead of time. If you would like to charter services, RPMs will make any arrangements necessary to satisfy your on-site transportation needs. Questions regarding this service can be directed to RPMs at 401-234-4440, or you can find their Event Services order form in the Supplemental Services section of the exhibitor manual on www.CESweb.org/manual.
Please note: All private charters and limousines are required to be licensed within the State of Nevada and have a certificate of public convenience according to Nevada statue 706.476. Uncertified vehicles will be removed from CES show premises and are subject to impoundment by the Business and Industry Department of Transportation Services Authority.

Does CES offer shuttle service?
Yes, CES offers free shuttle service between the official CES hotels and all the CES venues. Please visit the shuttle section of the website to view and download a complete shuttle schedule.Where can I park?
Plan accordingly! Leave your car at home or at your hotel and take the complimentary shuttle to the LVCC from all official CES hotels! Extremely limited parking will be available at the LVCC for $10/day (no in/out privileges). Does the Las Vegas Monorail stop at any CES venues?
Yes, the Las Vegas Monorail stops at both the Las Vegas Convention Center and the Las Vegas Hilton. The fare is $5 one-way. I have chartered a bus/limo for my group. Where can we drop off our passengers?
Independently chartered buses and limos must drop off at the LVCC Central 5 Lobby off of Joe W. Brown Drive for the North/Central Halls and at the South 2 Lobby on Swenson Street for South Hall. These areas are for loading and unloading only; vehicles cannot stage (wait) here for passengers. At the LVCC, vehicles can wait for their parties in the northern section of the Blue Lot off of Joe W. Brown Drive. Additionally, CES has established a cell phone waiting area in the Green Lot of the LVCC where drivers can wait until called by their parties.There is no staging area for private charters at The Venetian.
