Filling out your MyCES Directory Listing is your gateway into the MyCES online directory as well as the printed Official International CES Show Directory. Attendees will also use the online floor plan to research exhibitors and products and create their agendas for the show. It's important that the information they see about your company is accurate.

Your directory listing dashboard allows you to:

• Complete your company information for the printed Official International CES Show Directory.
• Add additional information beyond your print listing that will be searched and viewed online.
• Be found online by attendees and buyers searching the Internet.

To approve and/or modify your information:

1. Launch the Exhibitor Dashboard 
2. Enter your user name, password and name.  If you don't have your user name and password, it can be obtained by calling Map Your Show at 888-527-8823
3. Verify or change the information listed for your company by clicking the edit link (see screen shot below)
4. Your company description is limited to 300 characters (not words) including spaces.
5. Each exhibitor can enter an unlimited number of brands and up to 15 product categories
6. Each exhibitor has the ability to join the Exporting Exhibitor Program by filling out the Export Guide Information section
7. Additional company contacts can also be added. This includes the option to display or omit the additional contacts in the printed and/or online directory
8. Once all of your company data has been confirmed, click the Approve Data button

The deadline for approving all of your information for inclusion in the printed directory is October 15, 2010.  Any changes made after that date will be displayed on the online floor plan, but not in the printed directory.

Additionally, there are advanced listing opportunities available. Packages range from the inclusion of product pictures and descriptions to adding a video or Flash presentation of your services or product line. If you're interested in any advanced listing features, click on the "Market Your Booth" tab within your Exhibitor Dashboard for more details.
