Deadline Extended for Innovations Design and Engineering Awards – September 19
Entries for the 2013 International CES Innovations Design and Engineering Awards will be accepted through September 19, 2012. This annual competition honors consumer technology manufacturers’ and developers’ outstanding design and engineering in more than 25 CE product categories. The 2013 Innovations honorees will be announced at the New York Press Preview on November 12, 2012, at the Metropolitan Pavilion and showcased at the 2013 International CES. All companies are welcome to enter the Innovations 2013 Design and Engineering Awards program, regardless of CES exhibitor status, so sign up today!
Update Your Exhibitor PR Contact(s) Listing
Leverage CES PR tools and resources before, during and after the 2013 International CES by submitting your PR contact information.
To ensure that the media can find you at CES, please take a moment to list your company’s PR contact(s) in your Exhibitor Directory Profile. We will direct any media inquiries we receive regarding your company or products to the individual you indicate. We also use this list to send out updates and announcements about upcoming CES PR opportunities. The contact information will be available to all registered CES media. Please update your Exhibitor Profile, to include your company’s exhibitor PR contact information.

2013 Exhibitor Manual Now Available!
The 2013 version of our CES Exhibitor Manual is now live! You will notice the manual is completely revamped and streamlined to make finding what you need as easy as possible. Online ordering is now available for almost all GES services and you can easily contact any of our other vendors. If you have any questions or need help navigating the new version contact Katie Remuzzi or Alex Davis for LVCC/LVH and Gaiya Berube for The Venetian.

Hot Stuff Awards Return to the 2013 International CES
Stuff, the world’s best-selling gadget magazine, is back at the 2013 International CES to announce the third successive CES Hot Stuff Awards, showcasing the 10 most desirable, most exciting and most innovative products to launch at the show. Stuff’s international team of editors will be considering newly launched products from every category in order to unearth the very best that the show has to offer, resulting in a Hot Stuff Awards roster that’s guaranteed to get gadget fans worldwide hot under the collar. Like Stuff itself, there will be nothing bland about the 2013 CES Hot Stuff Awards.
The 2013 CES Hot Stuff Awards will be announced via press release and online at www.Stuff.tv at 5 p.m. PST on January 9, 2013.

Schedule an Exhibitor Press Conference
The 2013 Exhibitor Press Event schedule is now live. Use this list to help in planning your company’s press conference at the show. All CES exhibitors are eligible to hold a newsworthy press conference and have their event included on the official CES Exhibitor Press Events list. Events can be held in a CES-provided press conference room in Mandalay Bay, The Venetian or the LVCC, the exhibitor’s booth or in an exhibitor’s paid meeting room. Reservations generally run in two-hour increments and come with a standard room set including theater-style seating; three draped tables; a stage riser, a podium with a light and a wired microphone and two easels for signage. Exhibitor press conference options are as follows:
Monday, January 7, 2013 – Press Day Power Sessions
After a successful inaugural year, the 2013 CES will again offer complimentary one hour Press Day room reservations for companies looking to break their news quickly and directly to CES media. South Seas Ballroom J, Level 3 in Mandalay Bay will be reserved for the Press Day Power Sessions, and exhibitors will be given 15 minutes for set-up, 30 minutes for the event and 15 minutes for tear down. Press conference room will have seating for 200 a standard room set and exhibitors may not make ANY alterations to existing set.
Tuesday, January 8, 2013 – Opening Day
Press conferences or events may be held with written notification before, during or after show hours, with the exception of the opening CES Keynote timeslot, 8:30-10 a.m. on Tuesday, January 8. Events held on the show floor before or after show hours require advanced security forms and hired security guards.
Wednesday, January 9, 2013 – Day Two
Press conferences or events may be held with written notification before, during or after show hours. However, events held on the show floor before or after show hours require advanced security forms and hired security guards.
To schedule a press event, please fill out the Press Conference Reservation Request Form located in the 2013 Exhibitor PR Kit.
